Back in June of 2021 I worked with provider Justin Cox. I was seeking mental health treatment because I was young, depressed, and wanting to end my life. During a session, I opened up about having a parent with BPD. Justin laughed at me and told me a “funny story” about his colleague that will not accept new clients that have parents with BPD because ALL of them end their life. He thought this was very funny. Saw a therapist and he just randomly quit. Waited for a really long time for referral and no one to ever call me back. If you ever have the non pleasure of speaking to the operator at this place, he’s SOOOOO rude and condescending it’s a shock they allow him to speak to fragile people who need mental help. I will never try to schedule with this company again.

Husband went in for treatment and was cut off from therapy services by Ms. Vile stating he was fine. He asked for any referrals for other therapists that might be able to help him better and got nothing. My husband finally was willing to try out therapy for his anxiety and panic attacks. However, he now is pretty hesitant to try it again.
