Toilet and other plumbing, as well as A/C and other other issues have been present since moving in 6 MONTHS AGO. Cannot get anyone to reply to calls, texts or messages on their platform “TenantCloud,” but they sure are able to take my full rent every month when I’ve only been able to use my toilet in the master bath (that shower and sink are unusable) and the shower and sink in the other (they still haven’t fixed the toilet). Apartment seemed ok til I got moved in. My kitchen sink leaked into the downstairs neighbors kitchen for the whole time I was there. He wouldn’t fix my ac which was allowing both up stairs apartments to be well over 90 degrees. Finally got them to come when I threatened to call and ac repair myself. And charge them. I have them30 days notice (not in contract anymore). And moved. It’s been 60 days since the notice. And I still haven’t gotten the deposit or the extra month rent. The owner is horrible, he will lie and take you to court for 10,000 dollars for a hole in the dry wall. Slum lord, I’d recommend the street over him.
If "0" was possible that is what i would give. So unprofessional i cant believe the owner is still in business.
