Adam and Jacob went above and beyond with communication and sorting through finance for our new car. Would highly recommend Western Plains Nissan as nothing was an issue. Beat the coastal caryards on both price and communication. Very friendly and seemed to be all for the customer. Well done!
These guys are amazing. We are travelling and they managed to fit us in for a service. Courtesy car back to our accommodation and picked us up when car was ready. Car was washed and vaccumed also. Lady we dealt with ( sorry forgot her name) was amazing and very helpful, as was the courtesy bus driver.
Booked online only to be told on arrival no booking, also booked a loan car told only available on paying a fee. Two hour delay whilst awaiting a carwash that did not occur. Very poor service overall
Very friendly and very helpful. Had an engine warning light diagnosed on Monday, fully explained to me what the problems could be, by a very helpful and chatty young man. Car booked in for Wednesday morning and problem fixed. No fuss and young lady in the Nissan service office couldn’t be more helpful. All round great service, and even my dog enjoyed the attention. Thank you all
