My review is not about the services of the providers, but about their Billing Manager, Ryan Weathers. He is amazing! I recently had surgery and the hospital used WPA. I wasn’t asked to select them, which was not an issue, until the bill came and they were ‘out of network’. I didn’t get a choice, but I was now responsible to pay the high cost, because they don’t have a contact with my insurance company, Cigna..
