I’ve been a customer with Western Peat Services for years at a different branch. I have never had any issues with staff or their service but the Parsippany location is very rude and clearly does not need business, nor do they care for the loyalty of their clients. Every time I have any interaction with their office employees it’s always unprofessional. The team is well structured and I was impressed by their friendliness and knowledge. Had an inspection and two treatments with no scheduling issues, all within a few days to a week from when I requested. Their rates were very reasonable and worth the cost for their service. Moreover I waited to write this until the follow up treatment as I wanted to see if their service or quality fell off after payment. It did not. Would recommend.
Really great company to work with on large projects. Always professional !
