The termite inspection was a reasonable period of time and the professional was thorough, however I would have liked more comprehensive communication as to what they found.
We had evidence of pests in our house and the inspector gave us a comprehensive evaluation of the situation. “The inspection was very thorough and it helped us understand what we needed to do to properly address the issue.
This was a far more thorough and informative visit than a previous inspection, but the follow-up report was received a little late. Overall I felt good with the evaluation, albeit I would have preferred a faster response time.
Very impressed by their efficiency and dedication. They worked quickly without compromising on quality.
