This is a great rental company. The communication is always great. The maintenance when needed is done in a timely manner and if not then all you need to do is communicate the urgency and they will be out next day. For good tenants they are understanding with tardiness of rent, of course you still pay a late fee but as long as it’s communicated they will work with you. Very kind as well.
Stay far away from this rental company!!! My family and I rented a house in Ellwood City. I had no problems paying my rent or bills. But refused rent once we ended up with sewer gas poisoning, not once but twice for on going sewer issues. We were without a working toilet for over a month the first time and 3 weeks the next. They left sewer waste all over my basement and yard which I had to pay to have cleaned myself but then wondered why they didn’t get rent. Since moving in, I have had smashed and broken doors, windows broken or painted shut, broken toilets, backed up sewage, holes and leaks in the roof and ceiling, and I've only been here 4 months. The agency lies and avoids, even when being contacted by certified mail. The manager (Liz F.) takes zero accountability for her poor property management and the agency clearly supports this unprofessionalism.
