The property management company I rent from used this company to address a faulty valve body in my shower. I guess as I am a renter and not a property owner direct to him with my money, my issues found the back burner. I was left overnight with no hot water and exposed backer board in my shower which is unsafe and can lead to moisture damage and mold. It's lovely seeing others had another experience, I guess nobody is perfect! Beware of the owners unprofessional behavior and communication.
