Called to schedule an inspection of my roof (residential). WPRC said they no longer do work on residential roofs as of 1/1/24. Ya might want to update your website to that effect, WPRC!
Never even returned my call.
The office staff is rude and slams you on hold without asking. The workers have caused more harm to my roof and now I have leaks in places around the roof that weren't tv there before they put a new roof on. They also left my water running and it was about 6 hours after they left that I noticed it. The company is trying to walk away without taking any responsibility for the damage, and left me as the homeowner with more damage to my home.
I get my tile roof inspected and have any minor repairs done on an annual basis. It usually costs between $200 - $400. WPR does a great job and are easy to work with.
Western Pacific did a fabulous re-surfacing of my leaky balcony patio. Excellent workmanship and cleaned up afterward. Special thanks to Linda, who saved the day and to Kyle for expediting the material sourcing which was in short supply. Linda worked with me and extended superb personal service and attention to make sure my job got finished before the Winter rains. This is a First-Class company!
