This was a while ago, so things may have changed and please come to your own conclusions with your own research and experience. Western Pacific's estimator quickly came out and assessed an area of leaking that the original roof installer couldn't find or repair after two attempts. They repaired the area. Then, a year later, the rest of the roof started to leak all over so I needed a quick total roof replacement.
