I am going to start by saying that this facility is beautiful and very well maintained. Cleanliness is top notch and the care is even 10 times better. Every single person I came across at this center made me feel extremely welcome and honestly helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire process! My five year old has never had to have any surgical procedures done so being a first time single mom you can understand my concerns when it comes to be my child being put under general anesthesia. Fraudulent billing. I had surgery on June 11, 2025 by surgeon Kimberlee Hobizal. Her office failed to provide Western PA Surgical Center with my insurance information. Three days before surgery I was told I had to pay $15,400 out pocket because by insurance denied the surgical center and anesthesia claim. I was in great pain and could not cancel so I paid out of pocket. On August 12 WPA billed my insurance company $47,652.72 for the surgical center and anesthesia claim.
