My visit to Western Oxbury Clinic was a positive experience, especially thanks to dental hygienist Sarah. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout the appointment. Sarah was transparent and communicative during the checkup and treatment. She answered all my questions in detail and addressed every concern I had, which helped ease any doubts. Her work on cleaning and scaling my teeth was thorough and professional. I truly appreciate the care and attention she provided.
Really love the experience here, and the staff members I have talked to are all super nice and polite
I called to make an appointment for message therapy, the receptionists first question she asked was, if I was a student or had a health card, I thought that's a weird question to ask. Then proceeded to say I had a health card, she then kept trying to give me the number for there other clinic, I asked if it was booked up for the day or was it filled ongoing.
