This place is absolutely the best hardware store that I've ever been to. It puts the big box stores to shame. We came in for a simple key cutting and were amazed by the professionalism of all of the staff. We ended up purchasing a lot more than just keys after we took a walk around the store. Amazed by the amount of merchandise that they carry. Very clean and very well organized. This was our first visit, but there will be many more. We live in Troy and we have nothing that compares to this True Value.
Top notch service very helpful business. Highly recommend store much better than the big box stores. Very competitive prices.
The staff was just amazing and always asking if we needed help. I also loved the little dog following his human around.

It's worth the half-hour drive to get good service and actually find a salesperson without walking all over the store. And everyone is friendly and very knowledgable.
Hands down the most helpful hardware around, somebody is always willing to help you find something or order something.. great hardware!
