Hats off to John C. was friendly and helpful. Our ride was pleasant. Bus was warm. Wind was bitter that day. Another ride on August 18 2025 Forgot to take all of my belongings off of the bus. When I realized what I did , I immediately called WOTA dispatch. Within 15 minutes, the driver Renee, turned the bus around. Had my belongings return to me. Thanks so much
Driver Steven Woody backed into my PARKED brand new 2025 Ford Explorer when I was inside the bank. At the scene, Steven was rude and wanted to withhold information until I called the police. They filed a report and I attempted to follow up with the office multiple times. Eventually Marty called me back and was overwhelmingly impolite on the phone. It's a great service for those that don't drive. The staff in and out of the office is wonderful. Everyone's friendly, polite and very helpful. It's $2.00 a ride, just about anywhere. Try it!
I think it's unacceptable how they're selective about the location and range of transportation services. I live in the Commerce area and need to be somewhere at Auburn Hills for academic purposes. SMART-Flex couldn't provide this particular service, and a relative of mine tried contacting WOTA about the matter, but arrangements couldn't be made for transportation from Commerce are to Auburn Hills or vice versa. WOTA is basically a dud.
