Very nasty, and when called several times to Buffalo General to see me over 6 weeks never came. The staff is very nice and helpful and caring that is why I gave him as 3, because of the staff.
I've seen Dr Nenno for a couple knee injuries, and he has demonstrated that he cares more than most Doctors I've seen. Before having a recent knee injury looked at by Dr. Nenno I was told that I only had a sprain, but after a cursory inspection by Dr Nenno he quickly determined it was much more serious (which met with my own suspicions). He was visible upset when I told him another Dr has told me it was a sprain because it very obviously involved several ruptured ligaments. Dr. Nenno was straightforward doctor who tells how it is. He fixed my elbow as best he could. I would recommend him.
