Got a new prescription from doctor at WNY Urology last Monday. Can’t find prescription at my usual pharmacy. Called the office four times already. Still don’t have it. People answering the phone telling me that the doctor didn’t write any new script. I’m reading it on my appointment and vitals sheet to her and getting an argument over who’s right.
