I like my doctor and his staff. The building is across the street from the hospital. Parking and exiting the lot can be a little challenging. The stairs into the building are tough, but there is a long ramp. There is an elevator to the second floor. They are good at keeping to the appointment time. They offer some lab work on site or at their Jamestown location.
Dr white and Christine are excellent. Best place to go when you're having issues below the belt
I give it one star because today I'm trying to make an appointment and they just pick up the phone and close it, I called the Fredonia office and they connected me with the Dunkirk office, they just asked me the name of the health insurance when I told them it was Fidelis they told me we don't take that insurance and they closed me, I hope they take measures with this type of receptionist she was very rude.
