We were EXTREMELY dissatisfied with our experience at Western New York Immediate Care. My wife's health issues were not diagnosed accurately. Her symptoms got worse after her visit. When she saw another doctor, they were baffled by the treatment prescribed by the Western NY Immediate Care doctor. Her health improved rapidly after getting a proper diagnosis from another doctor.
