Absolutely terrible experience. They deserve zero stars. Rude, ignorant staff in the office, negligent, apathetic staff on the phones. When booking my appointment, I was told they did not accept my insurance. So on the day of the appointment, I did not have my card with me. When I got to the office, the receptionist told me they would not accept an out-of-pocket payment despite the fact they had a credit card terminal on the counter. Was referred to them for an impacted ear , went there to try and get appointment was told at least a few weeks being a new patient! What a joke!! Walked out I'll find someone who actually cares and wants to help . Wouldn't recommend them at all
