Nice dentists and staff ... billing is a dumpster fire. There are constant billing errors, threats of collections and billing statements that make no sense to anyone. We have two insurances and it takes a while to process ... in the meantime, we get threatened with collections while they are waiting to be paid by insurance basically EVERY TIME. We hate to leave the practice, but my family of four is on the edge because of the billing.
I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Anthony and his assistant, Diane! They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable, treating her with such respect and warmth. They explained the entire procedure thoroughly, which was extremely reassuring. I am so grateful for their care and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any family with children
The staff are friendly and professional! At the moment, they are remodeling/ under construction but it was still a smooth registration to my appointment. Dr. Violante was was flexible and open to last minute details in my surgery. He is repairing a root canal and did a bone graft to eventually have my crown replaced. I was put at ease by him and the staff through the whole process. I did call 1x about the stitches, they returned my call quickly and I was fine. Overall bad experience, first their office was closed when I originally went there for my appointment with a sign on the door. Then when I actually was able to have another appointment and see someone was basically told all my teeth were about to fall out. And then they didn’t actually clean my teeth. No one called me. Then the issue that everyone else is having- their billing. They originally told me they took my insurance and then after my exam was told they did not take my instance and charged me hundreds of dollars.
