DEFINITELY Not today as I'm here & y'all are closed! Dr. Zinaty I am very upset. I braved the elements to KEEP this appointment as I am off work & no one had the common decency to call or leave a message to let me know y'all are closed? When you call or leave text messages when I HAVE Appointments? Very very upset! Especially after my appointment with y'all on the 29th! And I have to pay Co-pays and pay Deductibles. Grrrrr

My husband, David and I have been going to Western New York Dental for about 12 years. We have always received excellent care for our teeth! The staff are friendly and highly professional! We highly recommend them for all your dental needs!!!
I needed emergency dental care and they were able to squeeze me in that day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Went in for a routine cleaning as I couldn't get an appt. With my regular dentist. They tried to get my insurance to cover work I did not need. Would never go back or recommend this place. I reported to BBB. ADA and my insurance carrier
