I had left this practice a few years ago due to having an insurance they didn’t accept. I recently went back and am beyond happy to be back. Dr.Hernandez did a filling on me and she was great. I appreciate her talking to me about each step and answering any questions I had. Her assistant was extremely nice too and has a great sense of humor. The front desk staff is kind and great as well. Looking forward to my upcoming cleaning!!
Staff doesn't explain what they're doing, I went twice, 1st time they said they couldn't take xrays yet because my old dentist recently took a lot, so they said wait some months & come back. I went back & they started poking my teeth with sharp instruments, telling me my gums were bleeding. I felt no blood, I brush my teeth hard o explained, use dental floss all the time & my gums don't bleed. I kept asking questions & they kept telling me they'll explain when they're done.
