Southwestern location has some of the worst and most disrespectful receptionists i have ever seen. Was hung up on and in that very second I switched the whole family to winning smiles.

I left this office! Always a Different Dr . looking at my teeth. 3xs!..3xs!! problem with my file. 1st they lost it, then the other 2xs they were looking at another person's file(same last name as mine). Then they said I had 6 cavities! I left and went to Dr Thomas Hartnett in Hamburg (he has since retired.(I only had 2 Cavities Btw) , but his practice is now Westermeier Martin Dental Care). If you want EXCELLENT Service for you or your children. I recommend going there.
Most friendly staff! Very organized and clean so efficient. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.
