I wanted to switch offices to be cooler to home but they weren’t helpful. I only get my teeth cleaned every 3 months, been 20 + years. I make appointments ahead of time, usually 2. Michele in Henrietta told me I couldn’t because it took spots away from other people. She refused to accommodate me. This is after 20 years. Ok. I guess you want me to find another dentist then
Just had a root canal done and honestly I was so scared because I never had one done and the doc made it such a smooth procedure. Didn't feel a thing. Love these guys! Thank you!!!
I am so offset by needles and shots. When I needed a tooth pulled I found Dr. Burchfield What a blessing he is. My regular dentist gave me a couple diazepans to release my stress. When I saw this young doctor I just knew he was going to be amazing. He put a little bit of novocaine in my tooth that split all the way in the center to the gum. After a few minutes I asked him when he was going to start. He showed me the two pieces of my tooth in his hand Simply amazing Dr Burchfield, Charles , DDS ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON
I was charged a rescheduling fee even though I tried to reschedule ahead of time but the office closed earlier than the time listed. Be careful scheduling with this office because they sent actually stay until the time listed online.
Very good dental office. Honest and friendly. I get my teeth cleaned here regularly. I first went to another office, but they tried to tell me I needed all types of procedures. So I went to western and they told me that was not necessary. I've always had trouble with a new dental office trying to get you to perform and pay for expensive treatments that are not needed. These guys did the opposite.
