On every visit I am amazed at the professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of all staff members at WNYDG. From the front desk to the evaluation chair I am treated with respect, courtesy and full attention. It has the feeling of a small town practice where all patients are like family (from 2017). Update: I left this practice a few years ago after it changed hands, as it became very impersonal and felt more corporate (from 2026).

I saw both dental specialists here . Dr. Levine and Dr. Burchfield . They are kind, knowledgeable and care about you and make you relaxed. Office staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. If you need a root canal or dental surgery /procedures then check this office out. You will be glad you did!🦷🪥🫶

Dr Levine was very forthcoming with information and concerns for my comfort. He made an effort to explain my most tangential questions for my curiosity. It was an overall refreshing experience.

I went there to have 3 wisdom teeth extracted and can say that it was a very positive experience. The staff is welcoming an accommodating and go out of their way to alleviate any concerns you have. The entire process from receiving anesthesia to the final tooth being pulled took at most 20 to 25 minutes which was awesome. Obviously there was some soreness over the next few days after the procedure but Dr. Birchfield maintained contact with me to ensure that everything was going smoothly.
