The staff are compassionate and caring and are very accommodating. I cannot thank the office manager enough. I was going thru a difficult time and got off track with my visits and she got me in quickly and was very supportive.
WNY Dental has been an complete provider for me. Dr. Khaylomsky is not only an excellent practitioner but is also very realistic and straight forward. He gives me the facts and advice to make a reasonable choice on what dental work is suggested, but never "sells" me on a procedure. When money was tight, my wife wanted to keep up with dental cleanings but defer X-rays until a later appointment. WNY Dental refused to clean her teeth unless she had X-rays, so my wife walked out. I am a longtime patient of WNY Dental. It had been some time since my last cleaning, so the scheduler explained that she was booking a longer appointment for me.
