Please do not make the same mistake we made, we should’ve listened to the reviews. I wish we would’ve waited! The initial contact and upkeep is all great, until you move out. Sadly I would give them a 0 star rating. Do not expect any of your deposit to be refunded. WNM doesn't return calls to customers with property maintenance needs. Ignores complaints. Very poor communications. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Western management is one of the worst Property management firms. I've ever had to deal with. They are nothing more than slumlords. Even if you're a homeowner they still will bully you. I highly recommend you never buy or rent a property and that is under the control of Western Management Inc.
Horrible. I gave them a $875 deposit on one of their properties and they told me they would take it off the market until I was approved or denied. The next day I call to get the keys to the place to show my family and they tell me somebody has them and is checking out my potential house that is supposed to be off the market and unavailable to be shown until for some reason i get denied. So now I have to wait to hear if my application has even been looked at and hope they didn't just take my money and blow me off.
WORST COMPANY EVER – This is the worst management company you could ever find. Stay far away from this company. Very shady and very dishonest. If you were to give them one star that would be generous. Very Very Bad company.
Shady – This company is bad news they failed on their taxes and their building on in terrible shape some of the apartment owners had agreements with the original owners and this company would not honor them
Re: Striving to Improve – 1. Of course there are always two sides. Isn't it also usually the case that one side is being at least partially dishonest, and would it surprise you to learn that, in many cases, it's the person who stands to make/lose the most money? Your renters lose money once, but the cost for upsetting a property owner causes the management company to lose far more. I'm siding with the renters on this one. 2.
