I came in with daily migraines 8 years ago. He ordered a blood test. It shows low CO2 levels which is a sign of Addison's disease which can cause migraines. He never caught it. I wish he would have.
Over many years, Dr Yu has taken care of me, my father and my husband. He stays up to date on the latest treatments. He provides his patients education and as many options as possible. Instead of "the doctor" making it known that s/he always knows best, it is more a collaborative effort between Dr. Yu and his patients. However, when required, he provides his knowledge, wisdom and clear direction. He is truely a caring doctor!!! I wish more doctors were like him.

Dr. Yu quickly discerned the right medication for my migraines. As of my last visit I have been migraine free for several months. He is a no nonsense physician who listens to the patient and quickly gets to the heart of the matter. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a solution focused Nuerologist.
Dr. Yu and his staff are wonderful! He really cares about his patients and is a very talented physician. Not only was he the only doctor who could figure out my problem, he also is wise enough to know when he needs to refer you to another specialist.
