I never thought I would be writing this because after 10 years of going to WNCCHS, I have had and am still having the worst experience with my dealing with them. I'm on a medication that I must take. It is prescribed by a nurse practitioner. I put in for a refill on a Friday and by the following Friday, still no refill. I have to say, the pharmacy staff is wonderful. They tried to contact the NP more than once but received no response. I called the main number and was told they would send a message to the NP. Still no respon... read more
I am not sure what is going on here anymore. I myself am not a patient but I bring my aunt for care. She has not seen the same doctor in over a year and no one really listens to her. Last week she had lab work and there was nowhere to sit and we waited almost an hour. When we went for her prescriptions, we had to go to a small area to pick up and it felt like we were on top of other patients in there. The staff looks miserable.
