The staff on the dental side have always been very helpful and informative. They have helped me through some of the worst pain if my life. Thank you to the entire staff.
A few months ago, I called WNC Community Health Services to schedule an appointment with my primary care physician, Dr. Gustav. Because I knew I’d be out of town, I specifically requested a telehealth visit. This place has to have the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have been a patient here for almost two years and they can’t get a prescription approved from my doctor? I have had to go cold turkey off my anti depressants because of them. All they have done is give me the run around. After almost two weeks I still have no medication.
