Over the years it's gotten nothing but worse and worse. Use to be a free clinic that actually helped and cared. Now days you can have legitimate physical issues and that old ding batt will tell you to just stretch it out. I went for weeks not able to sleep due to pain. Finally decided to be seen. That old women told me I need to sit and stretch better. After couple more weeks of can't sleep and no way to get comfortable. I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit Minnie Jones! The staff are amazing. They seem to really care and really listen to any issues I have. I've never been to a medical facility that is as well run and we'll put together as they. I would (and do) recommend this facility to all my friends and family with complete trust in this decision. Thank you Minnie Jones and staff for everything!
I’m usually not the type to complain but if you have no insurance and make to much money for their bracket please be very cautious of this place, because I was charge almost $300.00 for being told just to do salt water rise and a netta pot I was sick with green and blood discharge in my chest, and the doctor dismissed me with test for Covid and etc but no antibiotics….. weird when the sickness around NC right now after hurricane Helene is giving people different upper respiratory infections which are highly contagious, and e... read more
I went for gender affirming care and hormone therapy. The staff are nice, considerate, respectful, humorous, knowledgeable, and are definitely dedicated to their work. I’m impressed.
