Jamie, with Sharp Energy out of JAX, was so helpful today! He assisted with setting up our monitor of the propane service when we were having trouble with it. He took the time and was so patient, even tho it was 100* outside and humid! He is one of the best employees that you have. Thank you!

Juan Roman and Jamie answered our service call to check for a CO leak in our home. They were exceptionally thorough, and paid absolute attention to details, testing and rechecking all possible sources for the reason why our two-week old smoke/CO detector was alarming randomly, without any noticeable smoke or odor or other visible cause. David and Juan were such a great help in explaining the process and getting our tank filled quickly! Juan figured out our issues and fixed them in no time. They were both very polite and professional!
