Juan Roman was our tech and he is amazing. He came out for a simple pilot light and found a few leaks we didn’t know about. He worked quickly to fix the issue and gave us a terrific recommendation for a service to affordably help with the line. He came back to check and was extremely informative on the maintenance and care of the tank. 10/10 recommend Juan as a wonderful service technician.
I can’t say enough good about Sharp’s responsiveness and service. I had 2 issues-not the fault of Sharp-that required their services in the past week ( one the fault of the plumber who installed a Rinnai water heater) and one was an issue with a spa heater. The customer service rep could have “scheduled” an appointment but she did not-she dispatched service technicians immediately to fix the problem both times. John was on time and very friendly. He was extremely helpful while performing the safety check, explaining everything he was doing and what to look out for. A+ service!
