why would you rent from this group – They are a bunch of greedy slumlords who take the TerraMonte apartment tenants hard-earned money and don't do anything to fix up the apartment complex. They should be put in jail. They are just like Enron..
inconsiderate selfish investors – I have several friends who have live in there comunities and they all agree that this company has raised our rents for the past 2 yrs over $350 plus. I understand the cost of living, but there maintenance is poor, comunity has no to little ammenities, location has crime rate which management knows who is responsible and will not evict, management not recommended and there supost customer care line does not return calls.
