This company is an example of why people hate insurance companies. One of their insured drivers (driving a cement truck) hit my wife and daughter in our car while they were stopped at a light. We have pictures of the damage of our car that make it very easy to identify who is at fault. The insurance adjuster (actually her manager because the agent assigned to us would not respond to us) had no interest in looking at our pictures. Absolute worst insurance company ever dealt with.it’s been a nightmare And a long process trying to get compensation through this company. not to mention the claims adjuster showed up at my house Without calling or notice.and between them and the claim department they have absolute terrible communication. They try everything in their power not to compensate liable claims. If you have to do with this insurance company be prepared for a long stressful process.
