If you need anything done in a refinance, purchase or claim, don't expect a response. The response of 48-72 hours will never happen unless you.. I still don't know. Reach out as we did to the department of insurance of local state as they have failed on any fiduciary responsibility. Another company that needs to move their ops center out of CA.
Price was great so I was satisfied... until I had to file a claim. My adjuster, Brad, was not good. He was not polite, caring, or sympathetic, and he always talked down to me from our very first interaction. I cleared my schedule and wasted half my day because he "forgot" we had an appointment for an inspection (do you not keep a calendar? ), when I called him inquiring why he wasn't at my home, he was completely unapologetic, and he regularly did not return calls and emails from me or my contractor. Worse homeowners insurance. Canceled my insurance on false reports. Not making hard for me to get insurance for my home.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!! Trying to figure out how to get a different insurance!! Stay away from these people!!
