Incredible response time!!! Incredible professionalism!! Incredible assurance and HOA corrections when we had inquiries about our property along with our particular HOA and its responsibilities. Lindsay is so so del and am elated to be in excellent communication with her and her company!!
Would not recommend this company for managing a HOA. They do not follow or apply the covenants and bylaws. Very unprofessional as they also do not return messages, emails or phone calls from members. They don't seem to know what they are doing.
I have had the pleasure of working with Lindsay on several questions I have had regarding my HOA, she is always prompt to respond, so professional and so knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and Western Mountain for any of your HOA, COA, or rental needs! She really sets the bar high 🤩
