If zero stars was an option, I would have selected it. I have NEVER been spoken to by the owner of a business (that I pay for service) the way that Mr. Roberts just did. Repeated f-bombs then getting hung up on is unacceptable behavior! I will do everything in my power to have them removed from our HOA "advisory" position.
