Mary is so kind and so helpful. Such a great lady to work with.
The absolute worst. To the point I'm taking legal action reported her to the ethics board of Missouri realtors and currently in process of filling law suit to recoop my loses. She violated her contract disclosed information that was not to be disclosed to possible buyers. Withheld information from me worked in conjunction with my ex wife's attorney. Cost me thousands total crook. She even listed my property on the MLS without me even signing the contract. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST......
Said she would arrange a showing, never heard anything after that. The house she was going to show ended up pending. I asked for confirmation, no response.
Worst!! Has no idea what she’s doing. Don’t recommend her at all
