Chip is the man and free up storage in Silt is great! Great communication, no nonsense and exactly what I needed for my storage needs! Highly recommend! A+++
Chip was extremely responsive and helpful especially when we showed up. Stayed an hour late on his Friday to meet me to view the unit. The trailer fit perfectly and the process was smooth.
I recently went to my storage in Silt, upon getting there. I had a late fee this month and it was double locked. I called to ask about removing it, Chip was able to be there within minutes to remove it. While i was trying to remove my lock the key was not working. I didnt have any tools to remove my lock and live about an hour away from the facility. Chip volunteered to remove my lock for me! While all storages are more expensive these days Free up is down the middle and you have Chip to assist with all your needs! He is a kind, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. He never disappoints
We recently got a storage unit with FreeUp, and it has been great so far. Chip is wonderful to work with, made everything really easy during the move in, and the facility seems to be very safe and well maintained.
