First, Kerrie was okay, problem was lack to answer phones, lack of concern of a growing infection issue by staff, poor referral or reasonable follow up, no way to see doctor in critical issues. This has been a problem for several years with several doctors in my area compounding ability to have ongoing issues addressed that threw me into ERs with serious issues. Hands down one of the most frustrating and dismissive medical experiences we’ve ever had. The doctor clearly didn’t take the time to understand the situation, brushed off valid concerns, and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help. Zero follow-up, no willingness to listen, and the front desk is just as useless — good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or respond. If you want a provider who actually knows what they’re doing and takes your health seriously, look elsewhere.
Do not recommend!! Brings dogs in during sterile procedures without asking first, not a very comfortable environment, and trying to speak to anyone on the phone is borderline impossible.
