It's always a flawless, I experienced at western medical associates. The staff there is very congenial and they make me feel very comfortable. I trust their advice. I would recommend them for anybody looking for healthcare service in the grand valley. They are easy to reach and located in a very convenient spot.
The front staff are very pleasant. Dr. T makes me feel like he takes my care personal.HE EXPLAINES EVERTHING T O ME, once in while we don't agree but he hears me out ,and explains why he wants me to make the changes, and he is correct 99 % of the time. OK, most time correct. We do have one unresolved issue, but we will work it out. The only problem I have had is not getting phone call returned when I have had what I felt were important questions, but I do realize I am older, and have been a patient since the practice started... read more
