Absolutely a mess can't keep track of any information. I was told I had everything paid off to find out I was in collections and owed over $400 (not including what was in collections). I informed by front desk my co-pays for Katherine was only $20 a visit to find out months down the road it was $40. My doctor Mears and NP Katherine both messed up my meds a couple of times.
