Rude, ignorant and incompetent staff who won't take accountability for their mistakes. Do Not go to this clinic. There are too many other offices in this town where the staff is capable and know what customer service is. They don't even deserve one star but had to mark so able to post.
Terrible. They don't care about the patients at all. They will just do what they see fit to get paid. Order unnecessary tests and won't listen to you about your actual problems. Will never return. Honestly make us feel like we don't matter and they don't care if we live or die. Pretty upsetting. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
I have to say Dr. Moore used to be an amazing doctor. Ever since his practice has gotten so large his nurses are rude his staff is awful and if you don’t go and see him every three years you get dropped as a patient and it takes over a week to get back on as a patient. It sounds like Money Grubbin TO me and not someone that cares about their patients because you’re not sick and you don’t go see the doctor when you don’t need to. Dr. Moore WAS our family doctor for over 30 years and will no longer go to that place.
