Great service. I use them for all of our commercial HVAC needs. It’s been difficult to find companies that will communicate with the customer - Western Mechanical has automated texts for when technicians are showing up, their scheduler always answers, gets me on the schedule ASAP & follows up. All around great company to work with.
The Western Mechanical team was friendly and helpful from start to finish. We appreciated the quick service to our home, and the technician's expertise with our furnace and kind conversation with us.
I had called a different fireplace company in the valley (I think chim chimney) and they wouldn’t even come look at my fireplace because it wasn’t a brand they service. I called western mechanical and they didn’t ask questions they just scheduled the service and are much more capable. Service only took an hour and it was fixed. Trenton was super friendly and informative.
Our technician was super kind and helpful. He helped us understand our filter placement which made it better and easier!
