I called WM for fall maintenance/inspection of the HVAC. Heather was very nice and got me squared away with an appointment the same day! Two hours later the technician, Kevin, showed up. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable. He politely entertained my naive questions while he efficiently checked out the system. The experience couldn't have been any better.
Technicians were on time and thorough with their job.
They were prompt, professional and efficient. I feel like we are in good hands when they service our furnaces.
