Amazing service. Very prompt. Trenton was an amazing tech. Very honest and went above to help us out.
Quick same day response and arrival. Amazing. Problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Same happened last summer when the fan on my A/C died. They are quite personable too.
The sales rep was knowledgeable and the service men were congenial and productive. But, while the mini split duct machine is marvelous, the cover they installed over the power cables and refrigerant tubes that go from the machine, up the wall and into the ceiling doesn't even begin to equal the quality of the machine. They said the manufacturer doesn't provide a cover for that purpose which I find difficult to believe. I could go on, but, it would not accomplish anything.
