I called, (said they were open 24 hrs) after pressing 1, and supposedly being connected, i was promptly hung up on.
My husband had scheduled an appointment with these guys for a morning visit between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. The evening before the appointment, he received confirmation messages with instructions to expect a call 30 minutes prior to the "expert's" arrival the following day. On the day of the appointment, there was no communication from the company.
