As a healthcare professional myself, I am very pleased with SCHC. It is our first time needing/ using caregiver services. Our family's dearest loved one needs 24/7 care.
I called, (said they were open 24 hrs) after pressing 1, and supposedly being connected, i was promptly hung up on.
My husband had scheduled an appointment with these guys for a morning visit between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. The evening before the appointment, he received confirmation messages with instructions to expect a call 30 minutes prior to the "expert's" arrival the following day. On the day of the appointment, there was no communication from the company. Jonathan and Western MD Chimney Cleaning Services, MD did an excellent job of repairing and inspecting my chimney! I will use them every year for my inspections and needs moving forward. Highly recommended company!
These guys were great. Easy to schedule, on time, polite and did a thorough job. I will need to wait to see if the solutions they put in place solve the problems but I have every reason to believe they have at this point. Would definitely recommend to Western MD Chimney Cleaning Services, MD
