I called because I needed one pair of trial contacts after the contacts I originally ordered through this office arrived damaged. I had to reorder them, and I chose to do so directly through the website rather than ordering another month of contacts through the office because of the cost. I was told they could not provide me with a trial pair unless I reordered my contacts directly through them, even though they knew I had previously gotten my contacts through their office.
