Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. :)
They were professional, flexible, and gave the hard truth. There were no good answers to my problem, but they did everything I would have asked for, and were excellent in their treatment of the matter with me. Highly recommend.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
