I have used Western Mass Collision 2 times. Both times they made my truck look brand new. The most recent time Andre went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked of him. Not only did take care of my Chevy, but he made me feel like family. Western Mass is one in a million, and they have my sincere gratitude. You're crazy if you use any other body shop because they are hands down the best.
My experience here was pleasant from start to finish. They worked with me to get my car seen right away and were flexible in scheduling the repairs. When I picked my car up it honestly looked better than when I had dropped it off! Not only did they do the repairs, but it was washed and cleaned inside and out! The staff was extremely friendly and the women at the front desk were amazing! While I hope I never have another accident, I would definitely bring my car back to them!
I picked my Nissan Altima up today following body repairs done for an accident. All I can say is wow! Not only was the car fixed perfectly but it looked brand new, not only outside but inside too. They took such great care detailing the car before they gave it back. My car was definitely not even half as clean when I brought it in! The whole car looked buffed and the tires and rims were gleaming. Wonderful job! Thank you so much! I recommend anyone to come here
