Dr Fox has the best bedside manner I've ever seen. We had a late night emergency and he worked with us immediately to stabilize the situation and gave our dog the best care possible. 5 stars are not enough for this review!

I want to thank Dr. Foland and the staff for the excellent care of our kitty Lard Ball. He passed away in the early morning hours of Nov. 10th. We knew he was on borrowed time, but the days he was at the West. MD Animal Hosp. we felt he was very well taken care of, they let us come visit, we always got a call letting us know how he was doing, and they always answered any and all questions honestly. He was home with us, his family, when he passed. We had a very special last day with him. He was spoiled till he took his last b... read more

Dr. Fox had taken care of Bailey for 16 1/2 years. We knew her health was failing and Dr. Fox was very compassionate and understanding in helping her to cross rainbow bridge. Thanks to all.

I want to thank the staff and Dr.s. I found a kitten at the mall, 2 days later he got sick. He was beyond savig. They were so understanding and patient wih me. They even helped me with the cost. Everybody had very encouraging, kind words. Thank you so much.
