Just an FYI, this is the company hq located in San Jose, California that owns all of the properties under their umbrella. They being said, good luck getting someone to answer the phone. California equals pacific standard time so if say someone is calling from the central time zone, it will be two hours earlier there. However, calling at 10am central (8 there) noon central(10 there) or 4pm central(2 there) nobody answers, nothing but voicemail and leaving your name and number means nothing, nobody calls you back. Shady. Fake reviews (friends of management) rent due the 1st late on the 5th. My husband discussed with Ottie Mendez he injured his back, we were expecting his Edd disability the following week, she said we would be ok,the next day we were given a 3 day notice , the 12th she refused the rent, we were served eviction, the day after we turned the keys in the home was listed for a higher rent. Wasn't what I wanted!.
We have lived here a little over a year now... Genia has been a really good manager here on the property. Weve had a couple of issues happened and Genia has always been very responsive and quick to a solution. Her and her team make me feel safe living here in this big city. They have in the past had a few small partys for us residents it was very fun and enjoyable!! I love that they all make us feel like family here.. Even though its a mobile home park we can still take care of yards and decorate things like its our own.. I ... read more
