I love Western Mass Wound Care. Everybody could not be more pleasant and fun. And the care, of course, is fabulous. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Her office is great. They treat you like family. There are not many practices quite like hers.
Everyone at Western Ma Wound Care has been spectacular. The receptionists and office staff are friendly and welcoming. The nurses are caring, thorough and knowledgeable. Alyssa Ayala, the owner is phenomenal. She is smart, experienced, articulate and most capable. She is a healer that goes far beyond the call. My niece Liz is her patient. We are so grateful for the care my grandmother has received at this wound care clinic. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely accommodating, which has made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Her wound is healing beautifully, and it’s clear they are knowledgeable and attentive in everything they do.
