WAS HAVING PAIN IN A REAR MOLAR FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS..MY DENTIST GOT ME AN APPOINTMENT WITH WESTERN LAKE ERIE OMS ON MONROE ST IN SYLVANIA,OH...GOT APPOINT WITH THEM RIGHT AWAY..DAY OF APPOINT, ONLY SAT IN WAITING ROOM FOR A FEW MINS...WAS BACK IN EXAMINATION ROOM AND QUICKLY TAKEN IN TO HAVE MOLAR REMOVED..DOCTOR SHALL REMOVED IT IN ABOUT 45 SECONDS....NO PAIN GREAT STAFF AND HAPPY TO GET A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP TONIGHT..
This was my 3rd tooth pulled from them. I would recommend the to anyone! Dr Bourell is the best! So are Grace, Jess, and Haleigh! Thank you all. You are the best! They explain everything that they’re doing to you. Again thank you!!
As someone who has had a lifelong fear of dentists, I felt at ease the moment I walked into Western Lake Erie OMS. Grace, the dental technician, that got me ready for my extraction was informative and reassuring. When Dr. Bourell came in she made sure the tell me everything she was going to do before proceeding. Dr. was extremely gentle during the novacaine injection and did not rush resulting in a more comfortable situation.
