First and foremost. Customer service is rude. I am a first time patient. This is my experience. Get a text the afternoon before appt that I didn’t schedule that I have an appt the following afternoon. Forgot to call and reschedule, you know at work and all. Worst customer service service I have ever experienced I made Appointment a month ago arrived 10 minutes early drove almost 2 hours couldn’t Find the office and they offered to reschedule I even called them and told them twice I was looking for the office and the doctor just left 10 minutes after my appointment time I was mis directed by hospital staff. Joke of a doctor.
