WIEC is quick to fix problems. When my mother passed away we stopped in to ask WIEC to replace her yard light bulb. We headed to moms & they were already there taking care of the problem! Thank you all!!

WIEC Electric Cooperative: Exploiting Customers with No Accountability If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with WIEC has been nothing short of infuriating. From exorbitant fees to a complete lack of flexibility or customer care, it’s clear this cooperative has no interest in serving its customers. The most egregious issue is the monthly fees. What a wretched place. My mother passed away, and I was keeping up on her bills. This place charged me 250 a month for one heater that ran to keep pipes from freezing. When I called to find out what it was all about ( we paid half of that in Idaho, with a 3 story, house full of electronic devices), the first Lady was kind and said it had to be a mistake, but the next lady I spoke with said basically too bad.
