Reposting my experience since google won't post the review. A tall guy in a ball cap and blue shirt was yelling at who I think was his sales person when we walked in. "- - - - em they already paid so we will get there when we have time" we left didn't talk to anyone. No need to with that first impression.
My review keeps getting taken down. I will happily share a bill from them they charged me. I assume it is getting reported by Western housing. Once again reported by Tad and crew and getting taken down. It's still real. Tad even got a court judgement for some of the work a court of law said he needed to handle in June. It was due in 30 days- or July 10th. Its nearly the end of July. He has yet to pay or arrange payment, meaning we have to get law enforcement involved to simply pay the court fees he lost. 0/5 Stars - Absolutely Ridiculous Experience. Avoid at All Costs. My review keeps getting taken down. I will happily share a bill from them they charged me. I assume it is getting reported by Western housing Working with Tad Fiegen and Western Housing has been an absolute nightmare. My home was "set" on its foundation in late July 2025. It is now June 2026, and I ultimately had to take Tad to small claims court just to get resolution. He lost. I have extensive proof, photos, and court documents to back up everything below. Working with Tad Fiegen and Western Housing has been ridiculous. I will add photos and more at a later time but I have plenty of proof to back up my claims. I have been TRYING to get Western to work with me on getting the home I paid for before posting a review-- NOT the one Tad left a honey do list for 6 months. My house was "set" on foundation by Tad at the end of July 2025. It currently January 2026, the siding still installed incorrectly, the sills, edges etc were not caulked so water can get in.
