They were friendly and all and my hot tub is better then it was but I won't use em again. There was tons of missed spots in the curves and nooks and crannies. I paid for the one time cleaning and then an hour or so later was told I owe another 200 and some odd bucks for 2 generic filters and 2 chemicals. Oh on Amazon I woulda spent about fifty.
